Serves as State Judicial Mediator, Office of Dispute Resolution,
State Judicial Branch. Conducted the mediation of significant litigation
in the civil divisions of numerous District Courts involving every aspect
of civil dispute, with heavy concentration in tort, personal injury,
commercial and contract disputes. Named 1997 Community Mediator of
the Year by Jeffco Mediation Services; Denver Board of Realtors
approved mediator; contract mediator for U.S. Postal Service
(EEO); approved mediator EEOC. Volunteer, Jeffco Mediation Services;
Colorado Vocational Rehabilitation Mediator; Victim-Offender Reconciliation;
Workplace Violence Prevention training; served as general counsel to several
large financial institutions; law practice with expertise in contracts,
business disputes, real estate, personal injury and tort, commercial and
consumer matters and employment issues. Mediated over 1,200 civil disputes.
