Nan Waller Burnett is a dynamic facilitator, award winning author, transformative high conflict mediator, psychotherapist, conflict systems design consultant, executive conflict coach, educator and a founding partner in Dispute Resolution Professionals, LLC, established in 1997 in the Denver metropolitan area.  An expert in high conflict family systems and multiparty complex workplace disputes, she was trained as a mediator at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation in 1995.  She was trained in Transformative Mediation in the USPS program in 1998.   Nan is a specialist in marital and high conflict mediation.  She accepts Parent Coordination/Decision Maker cases on a limited basis.  She has been on the faculty at Regis University since 1998.   She has mediated over 3500 cases.  Nan holds the Advanced Practitioner status in the Workplace, Training and Family Sections of the Association for Conflict Resolution and is a member of MDIC and the American Bar Association - Dispute Resolution Section. In 1997, Nan served as Citizens' Ambassador to Russia and Poland for Mediation.  She served on founding board for Mediators Beyond Borders and has presented on their behalf in 11 countries.
