Our environmental and natural resources practice offers alternative dispute resolution services to disputing parties and community members in order to effectively resolve conflict concerning competing land uses and related issues. We have resolved hundreds of disputes in areas such as open space utilization, zoning, planning, development, conservation, valuation, preservation, species protection, and taxation. Our mediators have handled "interest based" issues involving as few as two parties and "community based" mediations involving dozens or even hundreds of interested community members.

From hazardous waste disposal issues to horse bridle paths and easements, we have resolved conflict through the use of mediation with an emphasis in helping disputants to be neighborly.
